About NadiaRegulatory strategist and educator in one — 25 years across the Australian education landscape.
Nadia Spain brings more than 25 years of experience across the Australian education landscape, bridging the gap between complex regulatory requirements and high-quality educational delivery. As Senior Principal Consultant at CAQA and the Australian Higher Education Group, she provides specialist consulting across compliance, quality assurance, and risk management for the VET and higher education sectors.
Her practice is defined by a dual perspective that combines high-level regulatory strategy with thirteen years of leadership in secondary education and curriculum design, giving her a sophisticated grasp of digital pedagogy and instructional design. She translates the intricacies of ASQA and TEQSA standards into practical, student-centred solutions, and pairs governance and risk expertise with hands-on proficiency in platforms such as CANVAS and SEQTA to help providers build robust quality management systems.
She is committed to turning compliance into a proactive advantage, keeping institutional integrity and continuous improvement at the heart of every program.
Compliance is not paperwork — it is the architecture of trust between a provider and its students.
